Our Policies

  • No work will be completed over another techs work.

  • No guests may accompany you to your appointment. (children, partners or friends)


    Please be specific while booking. (length, designs etc.)


At, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 48 hours before your scheduled time your deposit is non- refundable and a new deposit will be required to rebook. A 15 minute grace period is given in the event you're running late for your appointment. Past 15 minutes you are considered a "no show" and appointment will be automatically cancel. In the event you've reached three no shows client will no longer be able to book future appointments.
