Booking Policy​

  1. Be specific when booking if a design is desired. (EXAMPLE: photo or detailed message explaining your desired design)

  2. If design or services are not specified at time of booking designs and/or services can be declined at time of service

  3. Proper booking helps to ensure time allotted for appointment to keep clients as well as myself on time

 

Late/Cancellation/ No Show Policy

  1. After 10 minutes late a $10 fee will be added to service.

  2. 15 minutes late appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW

  3.  Canceling  or rescheduling  under 48 hours will result in a new deposit being required to book a further appointment

  4. Cancellation or reschedule over 48 hours deposit will still be active and will either be refunded or used towards rescheduled service

  5. Rescheduling  may only be done by contacting me personally.

 

General Policy

  1. NO SMOKING

  2. No children or guests are authorized to attend appointments . If an additional person arrives at the appointment they will be asked to wait outside.

  3. If policies are not followed client will not be allowed to book further appointments
